About me

I’m Diana and I’m a Le Cordon Bleu trained pastry chef.

I was born in Mexico, move to London in my 20’s and settled in gorgeous Wimbledon. 

I enjoy baking as much as eating and that’s why flavour is at the core of Casa Pastel. A lot of care and patience go into the design of every single biscuit.
